MEGAPAINT


Megadyne has developed Silver 3 and Gold 2 and TItanium timing belts designed for conveyor and transfer lines, specifically for painting systems: the MEGASYNC™ MEGAPAINT belt.

Fonctionnalités

MEGAPAINT belts are silicone-free and do not contain contaminants for water-based or solvent-based paints; the purity of materials and the absence of polluting particles guarantee that painted surfaces remain pristine and defect-free.

Belts are delivered in a special protective package in order to guarantee complete surface purity from the moment of manufacture to the moment of installation.

COMPOSANTS PRINCIPAUX

Body compound

The belt body and backside are made of either an NBR-based (for Silver3 and Gold2 belts) or an HNBR-based (for Titanium belts) compound, each with a high degree of purity and without any contaminating agents.

CONTEXTE/APPLICATION
Un important constructeur automobile d'équipement d'origine procédait à la refonte de sa ligne d'atelier de peinture. Il cherchait un moyen d'améliorer l'efficacité de la production, de réduire la consommation d'énergie et de garantir des finitions de peinture de haute qualité avec un minimum de contamination. L'optimisation de l'espace constituait également une priorité, dans la mesure où il avait besoin d'un système de transmission plus compact sans compromettre les performances.
