Applicazione per imballaggi VFFS<\/h3>

Un leader globale nel settore delle macchine per il confezionamento automatico e un operatore di riferimento nelle applicazioni VFFS richiedeva una soluzione di cinghie in grado di garantire prestazioni stabili con differenti tipologie di film (tra cui polietilene (PE), polipropilene (PP) o materiali a base di carta con superfici opache e lucide), velocit\u00e0 di macchina e condizioni ambientali: umide o a temperatura variabile, caratterizzate da frequenti cicli di avvio e arresto.<\/p>\n

Macchina tappatrice applicazione<\/h3>

<\/p>\n

L'azienda \u00e8 specializzata nella produzione di macchine per il riempimento e la tappatura di contenitori in vetro con tappi twist-off, per la gestione di prodotti liquidi, semiliquidi e pastosi.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

La macchina oggetto del presente caso di studio \u00e8 progettata per la chiusura di barattoli e bottiglie con tappi metallici. Si avvale di due diversi sistemi a nastro che operano in sinergia per garantire una tappatura efficiente e affidabile su un\u2019ampia gamma di formati di contenitori.<\/p>\n

Due cinghie trapezoidali sono posizionate su entrambi i lati del contenitore per farlo ruotare durante l'avanzamento, mentre un paio di cinghie piane \u00e8 collocato sopra il barattolo e il tappo. Queste cinghie piane operano a velocit\u00e0 diverse, consentendo al tappo di ruotare e di avvitarsi sul contenitore con precisione.<\/p>\n

Bookbinding<\/strong> is the process of physically assembling a book from a stack of paper sheets. It consists of many operations such as cutting, folding, and gluing<\/strong>. A book might need dozens of operations to complete, according to the specific style and materials.<\/p>\n

Books bound by traditional methods often do not stay open by themselves due to the structure of the paper<\/strong>. To avoid this, pages are \u201cdouble folded<\/strong>\u201d. The paper structure is \u201cbroken\u201d on two lines and permits the book to stay open. Even though double folding is a simple innovation it requires high precision<\/strong> and pages need to be accurately gripped<\/strong> as they go through the folding process.<\/p>\n

While some slippage was desirable to absorb frequent peak shock loads<\/strong> on the first stage of the drive, the standard raw edge rubber V-belts used did not last very long on this demanding drive. The slippage caused by the frequent peak loads generated excessive heat<\/strong>, reducing the belt life to unacceptable levels.<\/p>\n
