High-quality material
The material used is cast iron EN-GJL-250 UNI EN 1561, and for only a few types it is steel C45 E UNI EN 10083-1.
Metal V and Poly-V pulleys for every drive system
Manufactured from cast iron or steel and feature a phosphated finish for protection, V, Mi‑Lock and Poly‑V pulleys are balanced to Q6.3 or better, allowing operation at peripheral speeds up to 40 m/s.

V Pulleys
Accommodate Narrow and Classical profile belts. Dual‑function design compliant with ISO 4183.
Available with taper bore. Pilot bores and QD bushing bores available on request. A wide range of non‑standard styles and sizes, with diameters up to 2400 mm, can be manufactured on demand.
Mi‑Lock (Bi‑Lock) Pulleys
Simple and effective pulley system with one or two grooves. No keys or set screws required thanks to the exclusive high‑torque locking system.
Poly-V Pulleys
Available in J, K and L sections.
